Design Files
Design files provided by Custom Dog Soap Boxes are available at 72 DPI (low resolution). If you require high-resolution files, please contact our support team for a custom quote.
Customer Submitted Artwork
- All artwork must be provided in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
- We are not responsible for color variations caused by RGB-to-CMYK conversions.
- We are not liable for pixelation, distortion, or poor quality resulting from low-resolution or improperly formatted artwork provided by the customer.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure artwork quality.
Proofing & Matching
- Customers must approve the final proof and job specification sheet before printing begins.
- The final proof represents exactly what will be printed.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, layout, colors, positioning, and design details.
- We strongly recommend printing a proof at 100% scale to verify accuracy.
Once proof and specifications are approved, the order enters production and cannot be altered.
Custom Dog Soap Boxes is not responsible for:
- Color matching issues based on screen proofs
- Design or spelling errors that the customer did not identify
- Color changes caused by lamination
Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless a printed color proof is purchased.
Materials
Please note:
- Our standard paper and card stock materials are not food-grade.
- If you require food-safe packaging, you must inform us before placing your order.
Customer Responsibility for Proof Approval
We are NOT responsible for errors resulting from customer oversight, including:
- Incorrect font usage
- Spelling or grammatical errors
- Incorrect die-cuts, slits, or folds
- Incorrect graphic placement
- Size deviations
Color Accuracy & Hardcopy Proofs
While we strive for color accuracy, variations may occur due to material differences, ink absorption, and printing processes. Colors may vary up to 10% from the approved proof.
Color accuracy is only guaranteed when a paid hardcopy proof is ordered.
Indemnity
By using this website, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Custom Dog Soap Boxes, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims or damages arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Any content you submit that infringes on third-party rights
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before entering advanced production stages. Cancellation fees apply:
- Stage 1 – Order Placed
- $15 + 5% of the order amount
- Stage 2 – Design Department Processing
- 20% of the order amount
- Stage 3 – Sent to Production
- A minimum of 50% will be deducted (cancellation not guaranteed)
- Stage 4 – Shipped
- Cancellation not possible
Design service fees are non-refundable.
Returns & Refunds
Because each order is custom-made:
- All sales are final
- No refunds or credits are issued
- If an error is found that is the fault of Custom Dog Soap Boxes, we will reprint the order
Reprints
Customers must:
- Report defects/damage within 3 business days of delivery
- Return at least 99% of the product within 10 days, at their cost
- Receive written authorization before returning items
Rush fees are non-refundable.

- Ships within 10–14 business days after proof approval
Priority (Guaranteed 8 Business Days)
- Ships within 8 business days
Express (Guaranteed 6 Business Days)
- Ships within 6 business days
Proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM EST or one day will be added.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Mechanical issues
- Shipping carrier errors
- Customs delays
- Technical failures
- Other factors beyond our control
Customs duties for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility.
