Refund and Returns Policy

At Custom Dog Soap Boxes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every order is carefully produced, inspected, and shipped with precision. Because all of our packaging boxes are custom-made according to your unique specifications, we handle refunds and returns with clear and fair guidelines to ensure transparency and trust.

Order Accuracy & Approval

Before production begins, we provide digital proofs for your approval. This includes box dimensions, artwork placement, colors, and finishing details. Once approved, production starts immediately, and changes cannot be made.

We strongly encourage customers to review every detail carefully to avoid errors.

Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

Because our products are fully customized, returns are generally not accepted. However, we do offer replacements or partial refunds under specific conditions.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if:

1. Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or structurally defective, we will gladly replace the affected items at no additional cost.

Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the defects
  • Quantity of affected items
  • Order number
  • Brief description of the issue

We will evaluate the claim and process a replacement if the issue is verified.

2. Incorrect Specifications

If the products you receive do not match the approved specifications—such as incorrect size, printing, finishing, or material—we will reprint or replace the order.

This applies only when the mistake is on our end.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued in the following cases:

  • You approved the digital proof, but later found errors in your design, dimensions, or text.
  • Colors appear slightly different due to standard screen-to-print variations.
  • Customer-provided artwork files were low resolution or improperly formatted.
  • Damage occurred due to improper handling after delivery.
  • The order was produced exactly according to the approved specifications.
  • You changed your mind or no longer need the product.

All custom orders are made uniquely for you and cannot be resold, so they are not eligible for returns unless defective.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once the proof is approved and the order is moved to production:

❌ Cancellation is no longer possible
❌ Refunds cannot be issued

If cancellation is requested early enough, a partial refund may be granted, minus any processing or design work fees already incurred.

Shipping Issues

We carefully pack each order, but once it is handed over to the courier, delays or transit issues are outside our control. However, if products arrive damaged due to carrier mishandling, we will work with you to find the best possible solution.

How to File a Claim

To request a replacement, correction, or refund review:
